PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE RVEZY MARKETPLACE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE RVEZY MARKETPLACE. This Terms of Service agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and RVezy Inc., a Canadian corporation, operating under the trade name “RVezy” (“RVezy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the RVezy marketplace platform, consisting of the website located at www.rvezy.com, and any other related or linked websites, mobile applications, and services offered by RVezy from time to time (collectively, the “Marketplace”).
To access or use the Marketplace, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the requisite authority, power, and capacity to enter into these Terms of Service. By using the Marketplace, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features of the Marketplace, you may be required to create an account by providing your name, email address, and a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Marketplace.

You are solely responsible for any content that you create, post, submit, or otherwise make available on the Marketplace (“User-Generated Content”). By posting User-Generated Content on the Marketplace, you grant RVezy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User-Generated Content for any purpose in any media formats and through any media channels. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and consents to post your User-Generated Content on the Marketplace.
The Marketplace may contain content, services, and links provided by third parties. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for such third-party content or services. If you access any third-party content, you do so at your own risk.
All intellectual property rights in the Marketplace, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, text, graphics, images, and software, are owned by RVezy or its licensors. Unauthorized use of such materials may violate intellectual property rights and applicable laws.
We may terminate or restrict your access to or use of the Marketplace, or any part thereof, at any time and without notice or liability if you violate these Terms of Service.
THE MARKETPLACE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER RVEZY NOR ITS AFFILIATES OR LICENSORS MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR USEFULNESS OF THE MARKETPLACE OR ANY CONTENT THEREIN.
RVEZY AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE MARKETPLACE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RVezy and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Marketplace, your User-Generated Content, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, and you hereby submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, with or without prior notice to you. Your continued use of the Marketplace following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RVezy with respect to the Marketplace and supersede any prior agreements between you and RVezy regarding the use of the Marketplace.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without our prior written consent. RVezy may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms of Service without restriction.
